UNLEASHING CULINARY CHAOS AT BASTARDO'S FUSION PLAYGROUND

Step into Bastardo, Bali's newest culinary sensation. Located in the Pererenan area, nestled between the trendy Canggu surf neighborhood and the quiet part of southern Bali. We're here to redefine your dining experience. As the brand name suggests, we Bastardized Asian cuisine.

The Food & Beverage lineup is mostly a bastardization of Asian Cuisine. We wed traditional and contemporary aspects in the product making.  The combination will seamlessly curate from the kitchen to the customer’s table and will leave subtle hints of uniqueness. We offer an Asian Style of Bastardization while introducing our Asian heritage at the same time. Dive into the unexpected with our star dish, Ossi Bucci. We've reimagined the classic ‘Italian Osso Bucco” into an Indonesian delight, bathed in Sop Buntut sauce with an Asian spiced twist. Paired with coconut polenta, it's a symphony of flavors reminiscent of "Indonesian Nasi Uduk".

The bar side of the story will explore some fictional beverages from Video Games, Books, or Movies that are basically non-existent in the real world. So, we give them a breath of creation; making them into reality. The other half of the lineup focuses on the South East Asian style of cocktails which explore ingredients coming from the region such as Durian, Mango Sticky Rice, Arak Bali, and Lalapan (Lalapan" is a term used in Indonesian cuisine to refer to a platter of fresh raw vegetables, often served as a side dish)

Picture this: cocktails inspired by the Southeast Asian exotic king of fruit like Durian, and treats like Mango Sticky Rice. Our bar is a fantasy land, turning untold creativity into real-world delights.
